One engagement.
Your raise, run for you.

Menage manages the 506(c) process as a single engagement. The components are parts of one managed process, not an a la carte menu.

(02)

What the engagement covers.

Everything below is built to a consistent standard and assembled into a coherent package a serious investor can work through. The pieces are designed together, which is the difference between a set of documents and a round that holds up.

(01)

Offering materials

The narrative, the deck, and the documentation an investor reads before they engage, prepared with securities counsel and built to survive diligence.

(02)

Financial preparation

Statements, model, and the assumptions behind them, organized so the numbers hold up when they are questioned.

(03)

Valuation

An independent, benchmarked valuation, prepared by a qualified professional.

(04)

Corporate and governance readiness

Formation documents, cap table, and the corporate record organized before diligence begins rather than during it.

(05)

Data room

A gated, version-controlled room with document-level access control, so the right party sees the right material at the right stage.

(06)

Process management

Coordination of counsel, valuation, and the licensed professionals involved, with the schedule, the documents, and the follow-through held in one place.

(03)

Engagement model.

Structured so the work starts before the market does.

Engagement begins with a fee and a monthly retainer through the preparation period. Full terms are provided in the engagement letter and discussed on the qualification call.

We work with a limited number of companies at a time. That is a function of how the process is run, not a sales position.
